Metal roof. central heat and air. 2 bedroom 2 bath down stairs and 1 bed 1 bath up stairs. nice huge eat in kitchen. the home has nice size front porch and an open deck on the back with a huge chain link backyard. there is a 30 x 40 insulated workshop or game room on the side of the yard with a huge covered deck to enjoy the evening with the kids or grilling and chilling. there is also a nice deck on the south end of the house you get to from the nice size laundry room. outside there is a 3 car garage 2 carport and nice storage building with concrete flooring. edge of town living at its best.
